Hotel Room Needs

Additional Information

• Approximately 650 tennis players and families will be in town for this tournament and will require lodging accommodations.
• This event will require 6 comp rooms for officials. Only hotels that offer at least one comp room for officials will be listed as a Headquarter Hotel for the tournament. The comp rooms do not have to be all at one hotel.
• Athletes and families will be strongly encouraged to stay at the Headquarter Hotels that are supporting the tournament.
• For every comp room utilized, Visit Dothan will purchase a room from your hotel at your published tournament rate.
• If you submit a bid, proceed with setting up your reservation system to begin taking reservations immediately.
• Tournament will be played at Westgate Tennis Center.
